Calcium Rich Eating

This series of four lessons highlights rich sources of calcium in the diet and how to incorporate them into daily meal planning.

Eat Five

This is a series of five lessons on eating five fruits and vegetables daily. Each lesson focuses on a different type of fruit or vegetable. Includes fact sheets, kids in the kitchen and recipes.

Your Wellness Roadmap

This is a series of four lessons for the over 40 crowd on fiber rich eating, exercise, diabetes awareness and making sense of nutrition labels.

My New Weigh of Life

This 11-week popular weight management program teaches participants about safe weight loss, behavior change, exercise and healthful eating. Registration is $60.00, which includes the cost of instruction, manual, and additional materials.
